A firm, BridgeGap has launched 56 Bridge, a recruitment app to improve the process of job applications and reduce challenges in the recruitment process for organisations.
In a statement, the app was launched in Lagos and aims to assist organisations to hire top talents from any part of the world.
It added that job seekers could apply for jobs, write tests and attend interviews from the comfort of their homes.
Speaking at the launch, the Director, Marketing & Business Development, BridgeGap Consults Limited, Chiedozie Egbe, spoke on the unique features of the app.
He said they include, “Job postings that allow organisations to post jobs for potential applicants; employment tests where recruiters set tests for job seekers and video interviews, where interview questions are set and candidates can take such interviews from any location.”
According to Egbe, applicants using the app are entitled to a number of benefits including profile and automatic CV creation, job applications, video interviews and recording of such interviews, and interview notifications.
“The app allows applicants to save jobs which they are interested in and apply later,” he said.
